Remuneration should be based on the employee’s position, responsibilities and performance. The total remuneration of senior executives shall consist of fixed salary, variable cash remuneration and pension.
The fixed salary forms the basis of the total remuneration. The fixed salary shall be based on the executive’s skills, responsibilities and performance and shall be competitive with current market standards. The CEO receives a fixed monthly salary of SEK 225 000.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The Group applies a maximum notice period of 12 months. In the event of termination by the employee, the notice period is generally six months. In the event of termination by Cheffelo, severance pay of up to nine months’ salary may be payable.
