Cheffelo AB (publ) is a Swedish public limited liability company. Cheffelo’s corporate governance is mainly based on Swedish law, primarily the Swedish Companies Act, the articles of association and internal rules, including policies and instructions. As a Company listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, corporate governance in the Company will also be based on Swedish law, the Company’s articles of association, internal rules and regulations, Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook, as well as good practice in the stock market. Furthermore, as from the application for admission to trade the Company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, the Company is subject to requirements to apply the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the “Code”).
